The internal pressure system has an adjustable pressure regulator valve providing the air pressure you want for aspiration. The soft non-porous pressure hose handle makes it easy to hold the bottle and handle with one hand.  The high volume internal vacuum system’s replaceable nozzle has a dial to adjust the suction as well as easy to replace non-latex hose.
