For an internal pressure and standard vacuum system, select this option. The internal pressure system has an adjustable pressure regulator valve providing the air pressure you want for aspiration. The soft non-porous pressure hose handle makes it easy to hold the bottle and handle with one hand.  The vacuum hose has a replaceable nozzle with a dial to adjust the suction as well as easy to replace non-latex hose.
