MTI Introduces 700 and 701 Mobile Instrument Tables
New height-adjustable tables put instruments directly over the patient while keeping the space around the chair clear
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — [Date] — MTI, Inc., a manufacturer of specialized equipment for specialty healthcare, today announced the 700 and 701 Mobile Instrument Tables, a mobile work surface designed for oral surgery and dental and other procedure rooms.
The tables share the same frame, lift, and features. The only choice is the top: molded Ultra White Kydex on the 700 or stainless steel on the 701. A fold-away crank lets one person raise or lower the table from seated to standing height in seconds while the surface stays level. Total-lock casters secure the table in position, and a seamless rimmed top cleans with a single wipe and keeps instruments from rolling off.
“We built these tables alongside our 722 and 729 Surgery Chairs because surgical teams told us they needed instruments closer to the patient without crowding the chair,” said Joshua Christensen, Product Development Manager of MTI. “They fit our chairs and most competitive chairs, so a practice can add them to the rooms they already have.”
Optional accessories include an IV pole, an evacuation tip holder, and a medical-grade power strip, each of which mounts on either side of the table.
